challenge<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Knock-Out markets are a complex trading product where users need to understand several concepts before placing a trade, including Bull\/Bear direction, Buy\/Sell actions, and Knock-Out levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Goal<\/strong> &#8211; make the deal ticket easier to understand, reduce user hesitation, and increase confidence when trading Knock-Out markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understanding the problem<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I started by analysing user research findings and observing how clients interacted with the Deal Ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key insights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users were confused by the difference between Bull\/Bear direction and traditional Buy\/Sell actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The relationship between the Knock-Out level, price, and premium was not always clear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Important information was not presented in the right order, making it harder for users to make confident decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The key learning<\/strong> &#8211; validation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before launching the new experience, I done A\/B testing across iOS, Android and Web trading platforms.
